Refund policy

60-Day Returns

We want you to take comfort in knowing that all paddles can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the invoice date. In order to be eligible for a full refund, the paddle must be returned in brand new and resell-able condition. A paddle returned used, or outside of the 60 day window may be eligible for an exchange or partial refund.

Used Paddle Returns

All sales are final on the purchase of used paddles.

Any paddle purchased as new, and returned used within 60 days, will be eligible for partial refund of the original racquet value.

All Other Store Items

All sales are final and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
